"Pickup was fine, but I felt passed around"
The local pickup itself ended up working out, but it took longer than I expected. I waited around for a while, and the counter felt unorganized. I also got sent from one person to another a bit, so it kind of felt like nobody was sure who was handling it. Not a terrible experience, just slower and more frustrating than it needed to be...

"Warranty support was honestly exhausting"
I was disappointed with the warranty support. It took way too long to get any real help, and when they did reply, the answers were vague and didn’t really move anything forward. After buying from them, I felt like I was left chasing updates and wasting energy on something that should’ve been handled much more smoothly. I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve how they deal with warranty claims.

I was really hoping for helpful advice, but wow, it felt like they had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. I left feeling more confused than when I started, it felt like I basically threw my time and money straight into a bonfire.

"Packaging really could’ve been better"
My order showed up, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was dented on the corners, the tape looked like it had barely held on, and I could actually hear things shifting around inside when I picked it up. There wasn’t much cushioning either, just not enough to make it feel protected. Nothing about it gave me confidence that it had been packed carefully before shipping...

"Looks nice, but feels a bit flimsy"
Overall, the setup looks good, but a few parts felt kind of rough around the edges. It’s not awful or anything, I just expected it to feel a little more solid for the price. The most frustrating part was that there didn’t seem to be any real human contact when I needed help, which made the whole experience feel a bit impersonal.

I checked it out sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, and it was okay overall. The selection wasn’t bad, but there just wasn’t as much variety as I was hoping for. It’s fine if you’re not looking for anything too specific, but I definitely thought there could’ve been more options.

"Delivery kept getting pushed back"
I ordered from Vanbase the delivery was frustrating. The timeline they gave me kept shifting, like the goalposts were moving every time I checked. Tracking barely updated, so I was stuck refreshing it myself and still couldn’t get a straight answer on where my order actually was.
It finally arrived, but way later than expected, and it threw off the plans I had made around it. The product itself might be totally fine, but after dealing with that kind of delivery headache, I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.

My order did arrive eventually, but it came later than expected and the tracking updates were confusing. I reached out to support and they took a while to get back to me. Maybe I’m reading too much into it, but their replies also felt a little rushed, like they weren’t that interested in helping. "Refund came through, just sorta slow"
I had to return something, and the refund did eventually come through, so I can’t really complain too much there. Support did respond when I reached out, but it took a couple days between messages and I ended up having to follow up once.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just sorta not as smooth as I was hoping. I’d probably order again, but I do think the refund process could be clearer and a little faster

I ordered from Vanbase the shipping was faster than I expected. Got the tracking info quickly, and the package showed up earlier than I figured it would. Everything was packed up nicely too, so no complaints there. Overall it was just a super smooth order, and I’d definitely order again.

"Why is this site so frustrating to use?"
I tried using the site it was just a headache. The pages were loading super slowly, the filters kept resetting for no reason, and checkout on my phone felt way more complicated than it needed to be. Like, why am I fighting the website just to buy something? I clicked around for way too long, got annoyed, and eventually just gave up. It really needs some serious fixing

I bought this because it was listed as compatible with my van, but once I tried to install it, it wasn’t even close to fitting. Frustrating, honestly. If a product is advertised to work with a specific vehicle, the listing needs to be accurate, and the seller should take responsibility when it isn’t.
